[99s-extend] cowboy 0.9.0: badarg ets:lookup_element cowboy_clock

Just upgraded to cowboy 0.9.0  from 0.8.7.   Seeing this cowboy_clock error on all REST requests.    Anyone seen it?  Investigating now.
